Our friends at Project 8p have invited the Dup15q Community to join their upcoming webinar on IEP best practices with Master IEP Coach Catherine Whitcher, M ED.

Catherine Whitcher, M.Ed, CLC has been passionate about changing Special Education for the past 19 years.   Inspired by her brother with Down syndrome, she pursued a career as a Special Education teacher. After experiencing firsthand the devastation of our school system from the inside, Catherine began advocating with parents for more effective special education programs.
