Earn Free Conference Fees
Would you like to earn registration fees and hotel nights for our next conference?
Help Dup15q Alliance raise money, and we will help your offset the cost of attending our family conference in 2023! You can earn conference registration fees and nights in the conference hotel based on the amount of money you raise for Dup15q Alliance.
Earned Conference fees can be earned for the 2 years between Family Conferences! This give the opportunity for everyone to earn their way to Conference!
Donations made in your families honor during January 1st, 2021 – December 31st, 2022 are eligible for rewards, provided you organize an in person awareness/fundraising event, this can be something as small as a “Run for a Reason” or “Donate your birthday” as these small things really help to raise awareness and education about dup15q syndrome in your communities and with your extended support group. If you host a larger event in partnership with multiple families, the earning totals for the amount raised will be split among organizers.
COVID Amended Earned Conference Fee Guidelines:
With consideration to social distancing and the safety of our families and supporters, the Dup15q Alliance is amending our Earned Conference Fee Guidelines as follows.
Any social media or virtual fundraiser held from January 1st, 2021 until December 31, 2022 will also qualify all donations made in your family’s honor during January 1st, 2021 –December 31, 2022 as eligible for rewards.
- $1,000 – $2,499 raised earns one free in person registration or 1 virtual ticket.
- $2,500 – $4,999 raised earns two free registrations.
- $5,000 – $7,499 raised earns two free registrations and one free night at the hotel.
- $7,500 – $9,999 raised earns two free registrations and two free nights at the hotel.
- $10,000 – $17,499 raised earns two free registrations and three free nights at the hotel.
- $17,500 – $20,000 and over raised earns three free registrations and four free nights at the hotel.
