Dup15q Alliance Volunteer Opportunities

Dup15q Alliance would not exist without all of our community volunteers! Founded by a handful of concerned parents in 1994, today we have over 2200 registered families. With the help of these families and their supporters we’ve organized numerous conferences, facilitated the creation of dup15q clinics, advanced research into dup15q syndrome, made progress in governmental advocacy, and held dozens of fundraising and awareness events. Thank you to those who generously give both their time and financial support to help Dup15q Alliance grow.

Pledge to Host a Believe Walk

You can bring awareness and advocacy for dup15q in your local community. You have the ability to unite fellow dup15q families, extended support, friends, and supporters to raise awareness and funds that will advance the Dup15q Alliance Mission. It’s a chance for families to connect with others, share stories, ask questions, and celebrate our families. In many states that already host a walk there are activities for families, games, and refreshments. It truly is a family fun day!

It is a unique opportunity to spend time with families who completely understand the challenges and joys of raising a child with  Dup15q syndrome.
